Return and Exchange
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return items ordered from the Entina online store within 30 days of receipt. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by customer: We accept cancellations only for paid orders that have not yet shipped.
If the order is confirmed as not shipped, a full refund will be issued.
If the order is confirmed as already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process after receiving the product.
Unilateral Cancellation by Entina
We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel any order and issue a full refund to the original payment method in situations including, but not limited to, exceeding purchase limits or suspected payment fraud or coupon misuse. If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email.
Returns
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned together with all included accessories and in its original packaging.
Unused items: To receive a full refund, less applicable fees, the item must remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Used items (depreciation fee): If the printer has been operated, for example if filament has been loaded or a test print has been performed, the return may be rejected or may incur a 20% depreciation fee based on the original purchase price, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
Partial refunds and deductions: If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts after inspection, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund amount to reflect the loss in product value. We will notify you of the specific deduction based on the condition of the item.
How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must first be sent to support@entina3d.com. Do not send items to any address without prior confirmation, otherwise your package may be lost and you will bear the responsibility.
Your return request email must include the original invoice or order number, the product serial number if applicable, and the reason for return together with supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or log files.
Shipping and Handling
Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions.
You must use the original box and packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. If you arrange your own shipping, a tracking number must be provided.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Special Considerations
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly, please return it within 30 days for a replacement.
A manufacturing defect refers to a functional failure identified upon receipt and verified by our technical team, such as failure to power on, internal hardware damage, or a system failure despite proper calibration. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Problems caused by misuse or improper handling are excluded.
Refund
We will process your return within 5 business days after receipt and notify you whether it has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the final refund will exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees if provided by us, payment processing fees that cannot be recovered from PayPal or credit card companies, and any applicable depreciation or partial-refund deductions described above.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days, excluding public holidays.
