Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin
Orders placed within the United States are primarily shipped from our U.S. warehouses, including our West Coast warehouse in California and our East Coast warehouse.
Warehouse assignment: Our system automatically determines the shipping origin based on inventory availability, destination address, and operational factors. Customers cannot select a specific shipping origin.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.

Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Cancellation requests are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or dispatched from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. After receipt, you must follow our Return Policy.
Cancellation depends on our internal verification of the actual warehouse dispatch status, regardless of any tracking status displayed on the platform.
Estimated Delivery Time (Mainland U.S.)
Delivery times are estimates for reference only and are not guaranteed.
West Coast: 2 to 3 business days.
Central United States: 4 to 5 business days.
East Coast and remote areas: 7 or more business days.
Shipping Methods
Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days.
Expedited shipping (UPS): 1 to 3 business days.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
Alaska and Hawaii
Due to the remote nature of these areas, we currently do not support standard delivery.

Military Address Restrictions
Our current logistics network is unable to facilitate deliveries to military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO, whether within the United States or overseas.
Carrier determination: The classification of an address as a military address is determined solely by our third-party logistics providers.
Order processing: If an order is placed with a military shipping address, our system may flag it for cancellation.
Recommendation: To ensure successful delivery, please provide a standard residential or commercial physical address at checkout.
Split Shipments
To improve efficiency, a single order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses.
Each package will have a unique tracking number.
In the event of a return, all split packages and their contents must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Order Status and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to complete the first scan and sync the information.
If your tracking has not updated within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Delivery and Shipping Fee Disclaimer
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak-season congestion.
All original shipping fees, including expedited charges, and all return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our fulfillment error.
If a shipment is refused at delivery for reasons other than carrier damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
